Ce tutorial aims at you help to mount a type engine Derbi Euro 3 on your box 50 thanks to pics and explanations associated. This tutorial is quite complicated, you have to be patient and rigorous!

Necessary material:
1) Remove the saddle from your boxed 50cc.
2) Remove the front fairings.
3) You must remove the fuel filler flap to remove the fairings.
4) Remove the kick.
5) Remove the speed selector.
6) Drain the coolant, loosen the clamp well with pliers.
7) Remove the cooling cap.
8) Remove the two exhaust springs.
9) Then remove the screw from the exhaust support.
10) Remove the spring from the exhaust body.
11) Remove the exhaust pipe.
Remove the ignition cover (12 screws).
13) Disconnect the ignition (4 sockets: 3 black and one white).
14) Remove the chain by removing the quick coupler.
15) Remove the 3 hoses from the carburetor (those visible in the foreground).
16) Loosen the two clamps on the carburetor sleeve.
17) Then loosen the collar which is opposite to the previous two.
18) Remove the carburetor from the sleeves, then position it high, at the saddle.
19) Remove the oil pump cover (4 screws).
20) Remove the oil pump (2 screws).
21) Remove the clutch cable.
22) Then remove the suppressor.
23) Remove the cooling hose and the fuel hose (the one next to it, smaller).
24) Remove the brake pedal.
25) Remove the 3 motor support shafts.
26) Use an axis and a mallet to remove them.
27) You can now remove the engine! Be careful not to be too embarrassed par elements of the frame.
28) Position the new motor on the frame.
29) Replace the 3 motor support shafts.
Be sure to put the 30 large washers on the axle located towards the rear of the motorcycle.
31) Replace the oil pump (2 screw).
32) Replace the oil pump cover (4 screws).
33) Replace the coolant hose (remember to tighten the clamp securely).
34) Replace the clutch cable.
35) Put the kick back on.
36) Then the brake pedal.
37) You can put the chain back, using the quick coupler.
38) Put the two collars of the carburetor sleeve back on the engine.
39) Insert the carburetor in the two sleeves and tighten the clamps.
40) Replace the 3 carburetor hoses (those removed in step 12).
41) Replace the coolant hose (tighten the clamp securely).
42) Replace the fuel hose.
43) Replace the spark plug.
44) Then remove the olive and put the suppressor on the candle.
45) Reconnect the ignition (4 sockets: 3 black and one white).
46) Replace the exhaust pipe, 2 screw on the engine.
47) Screw the exhaust body to the frame of the motorcycle.
48) Replace the 3 springs: the one between the body and the muffler, and the two that attach to the engine.
49) Top up the gearbox oil level.
50) Fill up with coolant.
51) You can start your 50cc!
