1) Drain the coolant by removing this screw.
2) Remove the coolant cap to empty the tank.
3) Drain the gear oil by removing the screw located under the sump.
4) Remove the kick.
5) Remove the coolant hose.
6) Then remove the oil pump housing (3vis).
7) Remove the oil pump (2 screws). Be careful to remove the accelerator cable.
8) Loosen the water pump screw to help you (3 screw).
9) Pay attention to the oil pump seal, don't forget!
11) Remove the brake pedal.
11) Then remove the clutch housing (7 screw).
11) Help yourself with a mallet to remove it.
11) Loosen the screws on the pressure plate (4 screws). Be careful to remove the springs as well.
11) Remove the pressure plate.
11) Remove all used discs.
11) Immerse the new discs in oil.
11) Install the new disks. Start par place a trimmed disc, then a smooth disc and so on.
11) Replace the pressure plate. Pay attention to the direction, put the arrow which is on the pressure plate opposite the hole. The discs should be tight.
11) Replace the springs and screws of the pressure plate.
11) Tighten them well.
11) Install the new clutch housing gasket (put some grease).
11) Replace the clutch cover. Be careful to hold the kick pin well.
11) Replace the 7 screws of the clutch cover (see step 11).
11) Replace the coolant hose.
11) Then replace the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Reattach the throttle cable.
11) Replace the oil pump housing (2 screws).
11) Put the kick back by pulling the spring. To do this, start par remove this screw.
11) Tighten the kicker by making him do a 3 / 4 turn.
11) You can replace the screw, while maintaining the kick.
11) Put the kick back with the screw.
11) Replace the drain plug located under the housing.
11) Reassemble the brake pedal correctly. Be careful to pass the spring from behind. Use a screwdriver to pry.
11) Fill up with coolant.
11) Finally, fill up with can oil. Remove the screw on the middle of the clutch housing. When the oil flows, the level is good.
