Ce tutorial aims at you help to mount a type engine AM6 minarelli on your box 50 thanks to pics and explanations associated. This tutorial is quite complicated, you have to be patient and rigorous!

Necessary material:
1) Remove the saddle from your 50cc box.
2) Remove the front fairings.
3) Remove the fuel tank (3 screws). Remember to remove the hose attached below.
4) Purge the coolant by removing this screw.
5) Remove the cooling cap to drain faster.
6) Remove the two exhaust springs, then your exhaust.
7) Remove the brake pedal. Watch out for the spring!
8) Now remove the kick.
9) Remove the oil pump cover (2 screws).
11) Remove the gas cable, then the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Remove the coolant hoses by removing the collars.
11) The second hose is on the cylinder head.
11) Now remove the suppressor and the temperature probe.
11) Remove the gear selector.
11) Remove the chain. Start par remove the circlip then the pinion.
11) Remove the carburetor (you need to remove a hose and a sleeve).
11) Disconnect the neutral sensor. Replace the screw afterwards so as not to lose it.
11) Disconnect the ignition at the saddle.
11) Remove the first motor support pin.
11) Remove the second. Help yourself with a mallet to take it out.
11) You can now remove the engine from the frame (push in any hoses and cables that may comeranger).
11) Install the new motor on the frame.
11) Replace the motor support pins.
11) Replace the chain with its sprocket and the chain sprocket circlip.
11) Replace the gear selector.
11) Reconnect the neutral sensor.
11) Then reconnect the carburetor (a sleeve to be tightened with a collar and a hose).
11) Replace the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Then the gas cable (remove the oil plug if it bothers you).
11) Replace the oil pump cover (2 screws).
11) Restart the kick using the BTR key.
11) Install the brake pedal. Be careful to position the spring correctly.
11) You must remove the rear part (black part) to fix it correctly.
11) Replace the coolant hoses using the clamps (one on the radiator, another on the cylinder head).
11) Replace the temperature probe and the suppressor.
11) Fill up with coolant.
11) You can now put your exhaust back on using the two springs.
11) Replace the tank.
11) Attach the two tank hoses to the carburetor.
11) Screw on the tank as well as the fairings and saddle of your motorcycle.
11) Your engine AM6 Minarelli is installed on your box 50!
