Tutorial: Kick-start and gear selector Replacement DERBI EURO 2

Ce tutorial aims at you help change the kick and gear selector from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example we used a mécabox with a motor Derbi Euro 2 but the principle is the same for the different engines (Derbi Euro 3, AM6 et Generic). • 1 key BTR 5mm
• 1 8 Flat Key
• 1 kick to choose
• 1 gear selector

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR KICK ET SELECTOR OF SPEEDS DERBI EURO 2

1) Remove your kick using your 8mm open key.

2) Remove it properly (it should come easily).

3) Position your new kick.

4) Screw it tight using your open-end wrench.

5) Your gear selector is unscrewed using a BTR screw located on the top of the part.

6) Remove it correctly.

7) Place your new gear selector and tighten well using your BTR key.
