Necessary material:
1) Remove the saddle from your 50cc box.
2) Remove the front fairings.
3) You must also remove the tank shell.
4) Drain the coolant by removing this screw.
5) Remove the cap from the coolant tank to drain faster.
6) Remove the 3 coolant hoses.
7) Remove the suppressor.
8) Remove the last coolant hose.
9) Remove the temperature probe.
11) Drain the box oil by removing the 2 screws (one on the side and one underneath).
11) Remove the master brake cylinder (3 screws on the cover).
11) Remove the oil pump (3 screws on the cover).
11) Use a wrench to remove the gas cable nut.
11) Remove the gas cable. Put the nut back in the end to avoid losing it.
11) Remove the oil pump (2 screw). Be careful with the seal!
11) Remove the clutch cable (use the needle nose pliers).
11) Remove the kicker (1 screw).
11) Remove the muffler by removing the 2 screws at the cylinder.
11) Remove the 3 hoses from the carburetor.
11) Remove the gear selector (1 BTR screw).
11) Remove the ignition cover (3 screws).
11) Remove the 2 screws on the chain sprocket, then the sprocket.
11) Remove the quick coupler and then the chain.
11) Disconnect the ignition (3 black and white).
11) Remove the 2 carburetor sleeves by removing the collars.
11) Remove the carburetor.
11) Remove the first motor support pin. Wait before you take it out completely.
11) Then remove the second motor support pin. Remove it, then remove the first one.
11) Remove the last motor support pin (the one at the back of your motorcycle). Watch out for the washers!
11) Remove the engine from the frame of your motorcycle.
11) Place your new motor correctly instead.
11) Replace the three motor support pins. Tighten well!
11) Put the washers on the rear axle.
11) Replace the spark plug and the temperature probe. Connect them.
11) Put the carburetor back into the 2 sleeves and tighten the collars.
11) Replace the chain sprocket and the support (2 screws). Then place the chain.
11) Install the ignition cover (3 screws). Tighten well.
11) Then reset the gear selector.
11) Reconnect the ignition (3 black and white).
11) Replace the muffler (2 screws at the cylinder). Also screw the exhaust axle onto the bike frame.
11) Replace the 2 coolant hoses. Tighten the collars securely.
11) Replace the bleed screw for coolant.
11) Replace the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Put the gas cable back on the oil pump. Tighten the front nut.
11) Position the oil pump cover (2 screw).
11) Replace the clutch cable.
11) Then replace the 3 hoses on the carburetor.
11) Position your kick. Tighten the screw securely.
11) Replace the coolant hose on the cylinder head.
11) Replace the brake master cylinder, then its cover (3 screw).
11) Replace the 2 drain plugs (one on the side and one underneath).
11) Remove the level screw (the one in the middle of the crankcase), then fill up with the can oil.
11) Fill to overflow at level screw. Put back and wipe.
11) Fill up with coolant.
11) Put back your tank shell and your fairings.
