- 1 hammer et 1 mallet
- 1 cutter
- 1 Torx wrench
- Two screwdrivers (flat et cruciform)
- Keys of 8,10,13,19,21
- 1 BTR key set
- 2 pliers (with circlips et long-billed)
- 1 blowtorch or heat absorber
- 1 blocks piston

HOW TO REMOVE YOUR BEARINGTS BOITE DERBI EURO 2
1) Start par take your motor out of the frame and drain it. For this, consult this tutorial.
2) Put the piston lock in place of the candle.
3) Remove the ignition nut.
4) Remove the ignition rotor washer. Help yourself with a mallet if needed.
5) Remove the rotor using the flywheel.
6) Then remove the ignition stator (3 screw).
7) Remove the ignition plate (3 screws).
8) Remove the valves (4 screws).
9) Remove the clutch housing (7 screws).
11) Tapouse a mallet to pull him out.
11) Remove the crankcase gasket and washer.
11) Remove the pressure plate (5 screws and 5 springs).
11) Remove the clutch disks.
11) Straighten this washer.
11) Use the clutch key to remove the clutch bell. Remember to remove this nut.
11) Remove the washers on the axle.
11) Remove the gearbox gear. Watch out for the puck.
11) Remove the kick drive sprocket. To do this, remove the clip.
11) Remove the kicker shaft by removing the spring. Watch out for the puck.
11) Remove the selector shaft. Watch out for the puck.
11) Remove the barrel star (1 screw and 1 washer).
11) Remove the piston lock.
11) Remove the bolt (6 screws).
11) Remove the cylinder head gasket and cylinder.
25) Remove the piston pin clip.
11) Remove the piston pin, piston and needle cage.
11) Remove the base gasket.
11) Remove the screws from the crankcase (11 screws).
11) Put the nut on the box bearings and tap on it with a hammer.
11) Remove the nut.
11) You can now remove the crankcase. Be careful not to lose the washer located on the box tree.
11) Remove the gearbox spindles.
11) Remove the barrel. Watch out for the pucks.
11) Remove the two gear shafts.
11) Put the nut on the gearbox bearing and then tap it to get it out.
11) Remove the oil seals and the gearbox bearings using a screwdriver and a hammer (there are 3).
11) Also remove this bearing.

11) Finally, remove this seal spi.
2 part: Reassembly of new gearbox bearings on engine Derbi Euro 2
HOW TO WIND UP BEARINGSTS BOITE DERBI EURO 2
1) Put the new gearbox bearings on both sides. Push in the goods with a hammer.
2) Tip: Put a wrench in the box bearings when you tap on it to prevent the masses from getting closer.
3) Replace all transmission bearings correctly.
4) Replace the gear shafts.
5) Replace the 3 transmission forks.
6) Replace the barrel (with the 2 washers at each end).
7) Put the first fork pin back.
8) Put the second fork pin back. Tip: Grab the bottom fork with a pair of pliers and hold it with your finger to put the shaft.
9) Heat the housing with a blowtorch or heat gun.
11) When the housing is hot place the new gearbox bearing.
11) Fit the new crankcase gasket.
11) Heat the other housing with a blowtorch or heat gun.
11) When hot, install the housing. Trick: Tapoput on it with a mallet.
11) Replace the 11 screws.
11) Be careful, the shorter screw is at the top.
11) Cut the seal pieces at the valves and cylinder.
11) Put the nut on the gearbox bearing and tap it.
11) Put the new gearbox bearing seal. Use a hammer and an axis.
11) Replace the barrel star with a washer and a screw.
11) Replace the gearbox gear and nut par above.
11) Put back the kicker shaft. Put the end above in the notch.
11) Be careful to put the rod in the space made for.
11) Replace the kick sprocket. Do not forget the puck underneath.
11) Replace the selector shaft. Do not forget the puck.
11) Put the washer and then the spacer on the clutch shaft and put some oil on it.
11) Replace the clutch bell.
11) Replace the clutch boss washer and then the clutch boss.
11) Replace the washer and the nut.
11) Tighten the nut securely using the clutch key.
11) Also tighten this nut.
11) Fold the nut retainer washer.
11) Replace the clutch plates by adding oil. Start par a disk filled then a smooth disk and so on.
11) Replace the pressure plate (5 screws and 5 springs).
11) Fit the clutch housing gasket.
11) Replace the clutch cover. Watch out for the gears below, at the level of the gearbox bearing.
11) Place the 7 screws on the clutch housing. Tighten well.
11) Also tighten this screw.
11) Put the new gearbox bearing seal. Tap it with an axis.
11) Perform the same operation for the gearbox shaft.
11) Do the same for the kick axis.
11) Position the key in the gearbox bearing.
11) Replace the ignition plate (3 screws).
11) Replace the ignition stator (3 screws).
11) Place the ignition rotor. Do not forget to put the puck inside.
11) Put the nut and tighten.
11) Replace the gasket and then the valves.
11) Put another seal and then the intake pipe. Tighten the 4 screws securely.
11) Remove the needle cage fastener. Put some oil on it and put it in the box bearings.
11) Replace the piston (arrow down) then the axle and the piston clip.
11) Put the new base gasket.
11) Place the cylinder correctly. Tip: Put some oil in it.
11) Put the new cylinder head gasket.
11) Then place the breech.
11) Put the washers and 6 screws.
11) Tighten the 4 middle nuts to 22nm using the torque wrench.
11) Tighten the two nuts opposite to 18nm.
57) Replace the hose using the hose clamps and pliers.
11) You can now reset your engine by helping you this tutorial.
