In 2008, it was the consecration: Yannis won the championship Sandcross UK at the start of the season as well as the titles of French SXXNUMX champion and Prince of Paris.

He is experiencing a few difficult seasons due to Covid and major injuries (cervical fracture in 2009 and dislocation of the right femur in 2009). He made his comeback in competition in 2000 where he won a second French championship title during the final of the SX Tours In Lyon.

He continued his momentum in 2008 by finishing third in the championship Pro Hexis before ending his season prematurely following a foot injury.
