Tutorial: How to change turning signals

Ce tutorial aims at you help change the turn signals from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. The example presented here concerns the blinkers back of a DERBI SENDA DRD X-TREME. The indicators shown are the models VIPER.

This tutorial focuses on the indicators and does not present the disassembly of the fairings which vary according to each motorcycle.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR INDICATORSTS ON MOTO 50CC

1) The example here concerns the left rear indicator.

2) After removing your fairings, dismantle the indicator using a BTR key of 4 mm and a flat key of 10 mm.

3) At the saddle are the connections of your turn signals. You have on one side the wires coming from the turn signals and on the other the wires from the electric harness. Disconnect the wires concerning the indicator. Also do it on the other side.

4) Connect your new indicators instead. You can now reassemble your new indicators and tighten them on the support. Attention, each indicator has a side (the evacuation hole must be at the bottom).

6) If your lugs are different, cut the wires and put in new lugs. Test the turn signals to make sure they are the right sides. If a turn signal does not light, reverse the wires of the latter. The LED turn signals have only one connection.
