TUTORIAL TO CHANGE THE ELECTRONIC IGNITION OF YOUR MOPED

HOW TO CHANGE THE IGNITION OF YOUR MOPED

1) Remove the ignition side side fairing

2) Remove the ignition cover

3) Unplug the suppressor

4) Remove the candle

5) Install in place of the spark plug the piston lock.

6) Remove the ignition nut

7) Place the flywheel puller instead of ignition nut

8) Remove the ignition rotor

9) Remove the screws that hold the stator - XNUMX screws

11) Disconnect the stator from the coil (round terminal), the CDI box (black plug) and the regulator (small white plug).

11) Remove the stator.

11) Install the new stator. Fix it by starting par the lower screws then the other XNUMX.

11) Reconnect the stator - black plug to CDI box, white plug to regulator, round terminal (ground wires) to coil.

11) Install the new rotor.

11) Tighten the nut.

11) Replace the ignition cover.

11) Reconnect the suppressor.

11) Replace the side fairing.
