Please verify the parts from your motorcycle with the available pictures on the site (these are real pictures from our products).

Example: It is better to disassemble the brake pads on your two wheels before ordering new ones.

In this case, we strongly advise you to contact our After Sales Service by phone to +33 (0)5 40 13 02 24 or by e-mail to [email protected].

Each dispute is managed in case by case. We pay close attention to the problems you may encounter with our products and we do our best to solve them as quick as possible.

- I want to return a product that does not suit me, how to do it?

To make a return you just send us the relevant parts and the delivery note on which you write the reason for the return. PLEASE note that the package will be refused if we have to pay any customs fees. The address for the return of parts is the following:

We regularly produce videos and written tutorials that will help you to install your parts on your two wheels. They are available here (bottom of page), as well as on our Youtube page .

- I am an individual and I want to have my parts installed by a professional mechanic, or I am a mechanic and I wish to become a partner, what to do?

- Are the parts really in stock?

Stock availability for a part is shown on the product sheet under the price: “In stock” or “Out of stock”.

Our stock database is automatically updated with each order. So the information is always up to date. Parts shown as “In stock” are really in our depots.

If a product is no longer in stock you can click on “Inform me when the product is available” to be informed of availability as quickly as possible.

We always aim to have as many items as possible in stock!
