1) Drain the coolant by removing the collar with pliers.
2) Empty all contents into the drain pan (open the coolant cap).
3) Remove the oil pump housing (4 screws).
4) Remove the clutch cable.
5) Remove the oil pump (2 screw).
6) Be careful with the seal!
7) Remove the kick.
8) Remove the brake pedal (pay attention to the washer behind).
9) Drain the box oil by first removing the screw underneath.
11) Then remove this screw, located on the side of the housing.
11) Remove the water pump cover (3 screw).
11) Tap lightly with a mallet if the lid has trouble coming.
11) Now remove the clutch housing (7 screws).
11) Tip: Use the mallet again, gently.
11) Remove the seal without damaging it.
11) Remove the 5 screws from the pressure plate (screws + springs).
11) Remove the pressure plate.
11) Remove used discs.
11) Immerse your new discs in the oil.
11) Install your new disks.
11) Install a trimmed disc, then a smooth disc.
11) Repeat the operation.
11) Reassemble the pressure plate.
11) Position the 5 springs.
11) Then the 5 screws. Tighten them well!
11) Install the clutch housing gasket.
11) Reassemble the clutch housing (using the mallet).
11) Screw in the 7 clutch cover screws. Plus the last of the water pump cover.
11) Reconnect the water hose using pliers for the collar.
11) Replace the oil pump (5 screw). Do not forget the seal (the one from step 6).
11) Replace the clutch cable.
11) Install the oil pump cover (4 screw).
11) Install the kick.
11) Replace the two drain screws. Watch out for the pucks. Screw well!
11) Reassemble the brake pedal. Think of the 8 stage puck!
11) Fill up with the box oil (about 750ML).
11) Check the oil level by loosening the screw on the crankcase.
11) Finally, refuel with coolant.
