1) After putting the drain pan under the motorcycle, remove the first drain plug.
2) Then remove the drain plug from the bottom.
3) Drain the coolant by removing this screw.
4) Open the cap to let coolant flow.
5) Remove the two water pump hoses by loosening the clamps.
6) Remove the master brake cylinder (3 screw).
7) Remove the oil pump cover (2 screw).
8) Use a wrench to remove the gas cable nut.
9) Now remove the gas cable (replace the nut and washer at the end so as not to lose them).
11) You can remove the oil pump (2 screw). Be careful of the seal.
11) Remove the clutch cable.
11) Remove the water pump cover (3 screw).
11) Remove the kick.
11) Remove the 7 screws from the clutch housing.
11) Remove the clutch housing. Help yourself with a mallet.
11) Pay attention to the two washers of water pump and oil pump.
11) Remove the 5 screws and springs from the presser plate, and then remove it.
11) Remove all used discs.
11) Immerse the new discs in oil before installing them.
11) Install a trimmed disc followed by a flat disc and so on.
11) Replace the pressure plate. Attention to the meaning!
11) Then replace the springs and the 5 screws.
11) Install a new crankcase gasket. Put on some grease for easier assembly.
11) Position the clutch cover using the mallet. Beware of the 2 washers of the 16 step.
11) Replace the 7 screws on the clutch housing.
11) Replace the water pump and the two hoses.
11) Replace the oil pump (2 screw). Be careful, do not forget the seal.
11) Then replace the clutch cable.
11) Then the gas cable.
11) Install the oil pump housing (2 screws).
11) Install the kick.
11) Replace the master brake cylinder. Plug it in correctly and put the 3 screws on the cover.
11) Replace the 2 drain screws (one on the side and one underneath).
11) Remove the level screw and fill up with the can oil.
11) Fill until the oil overflows. Replace the level screw.
11) Wipe the cover, replace the oil cap.
11) Finally, refuel with coolant.
