Released for the first time in 1982, this motorcycle, equipped with a par air was designed by Kawasaki for the booming moped market in Europe in the 1970s, 80s and early 90s. The AR50, like the MB5 de Honda, was only imported to the United States in 1982.

Without restriction, he was faster than any competitor. It is the first road model equipped with the Uni-Track.

The AR50 family came to an end in 1997, when the market for these machines turned unfavorable due to new driving license restrictions and regulations.
