Ce tutorial aims at you help replace PHVA carburetor of your boxed 50 motorcycle. The example presented here concerns the change of carburetor of a Derbi Senda DRD X-Treme. The part presented is a PHVA carburetor.

Necessary material:
1) Remove the clamp from the carburetor using the pliers.
2) Remove the oil hose with the needle nose pliers.
3) Remove the hoses from the heater with the needle nose pliers and seal them.
4) Remove the carburetor sleeve.
5) Remove the carburetor from the intake pipe.
6) Release the fuel hose.
7) Remove the plug cover and the plug using the screwdriver.
8) Remove the bushel.
9) Install the new bushel. Be careful to position the spring correctly.
11) Install the new carburetor by replacing the plug and cover.
11) Replace the fuel hose.
11) Put the carburetor back on the intake pipe.
11) Tighten the hose clamp.
11) Replace the oil hose.
11) Unclog the hoses from the heater and replace them.
11) Position the carburetor sleeve.
11) Tighten the sleeve clamp.
