TUTORIAL TO CHANGE THE FUEL TANK ET THE ROBINET FUEL ON YOUR 50 CC MOTORCYCLE

Ce tutorial aims at you help to change the fuel tank and the fuel tap from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example we used a motor Derbi Euro 3 but the procedure remains the same for the other 50 cc box engines.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR FUEL TANK ET THE ROBINET FUEL ON MOTORCYCLE 50CC

1) Open the fuel door. Remove the saddle.

2) Remove the screws from the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.

3) Remove the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.

4) Remove the fuel tank support.

5) Disconnect the fuel lines at the fuel valve.

6) Disconnect the fuel probe.

7) Remove the fuel tank after moving the oil tank.

8) Remove the fuel probe using a flat screwdriver.

9) Loosen the screw on the collar of the fuel tap and remove it. Remember to recover the clamp.

11) Remove the fuel tank cap.

11) Replace the cap on the new tank.

11) Replace the fuel probe on the new tank.

11) Install the new fuel valve. Don't forget the clamp.

11) Replace the new tank and the oil tank.

11) Reconnect the fuel probe.

11) Reconnect the fuel hoses at the fuel tap.

11) Reattach the fuel tank support.

11) Replace the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.

11) Replace the saddle.
