Tutorial: How to change the wiring harness DERBI SENDA - GILERA SMT RCR (2004 - 2010)

This tutorial aims to help you replace your wiring harness by identifying all the connectors with the details of each socket and the associated original colors.

These photos and indications can help you for different models of 50 with box but it specifically concerns electrical wiring for Derbi Senda Xtreme Xrace, Gilera Smt and Rcr (only models 2004 to 2010). The relevant harness is available here.

Please note, this harness fitted to several models and brands, it is possible that certain harness connectors are not used on your motorcycle.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR WIRING HARNESS ON A 50CC MOTORCYCLE

Front part:

FRONT PART: Overview of the front part of the wiring harness Derbi Senda.

FRONT PART: Front brake light switch: red / black + green wires.

FRONT PART: Start switch (neiman): red / black + red + yellow / green wires.

FRONT PART: Speedometer: son blue + yellow + black / blue + pink + purple + white / blue + yellow / black + red / black + green / yellow.

FRONT PART: Towers count: red + yellow threads.

FRONT PART: Left handlebar (clutch handle): pink + green / yellow + yellow + white / yellow + blue + orange + purple + black wires.

FRONT PART: Lighthouse: yellow / green + white / yellow + blue

FRONT PART: Neiman thread: green / black thread

FRONT PART: Front turn signals: pink wire (front right) + purple (left front) + 2 x yellow / green (masses)

Central part :

Rear part :
