Ce tutorial aims at you help change the gas cable from your 50 to box. The example presented here concerns the change on a Derbi Senda DRD X-Treme.

To facilitate the explanations and show the different stages, the saddle, the petrol and oil tank have been removed.
1) Remove the saddle.
2) Remove the side fairings.
3) Remove the fuel tank bracket.
4) Unplug and remove the oil and fuel tank.
5) Remove the valve and valve cover from the carburetor.
6) Remove the oil pump cover.
7) Disconnect the gas cable from the oil pump.
8) Remove valve and valve cover from gas cable. Be careful to recover all the components.
9) Disconnect the gas cable at the handle.
11) Remove the gas cable.
11) Install the new cable. Pass it under the frame, then come out at the fork.
11) Connect the cable to the handle.
11) Connect the cable at the oil pump. Test the connection by accelerating with the throttle.
11) Replace the oil pump cover.
11) Replace the valve and valve cover on the carburetor.
11) Replace the valve and valve cover on the carburetor.
11) Position the oil tank, reconnect the hoses and plugs.
11) Then the gas tank.
11) Replace the fuel tank bracket.
11) Reattach the side fairings.
11) Replace the saddle.
