TUTORIAL INSTALLING FOOTRESTS IN PLACE OF MOPED PEDALS

Ce tutorial aims at you help install footpegs in place of pedals of your moped. The example presented here concerns the change on a Peugeot 103, but the principle remains the same for all other moped models and brands.

HOW TO INSTALL FOOTPEGS INSTEAD OF PEDALS

Install Foot Pegs Step 1

1) Using the spanner, remove the fasteners from the first pedal.

2) Using the mallet, strike the pin punch to release the key. To make it easier, you can apply penetrating WD40, before dismantling.

3) Remove the first pedal. Help yourself with the mallet if it is a little stuck.

4) Bring out the axis by pressing on the other side.

5) Install the first footrest on the axle in place of the pedal. Tighten using the BTR wrench.

Repeat on the other side.
