The ECE 22-06 standard governing the homologation of motorcycle helmets specifies the dimensions and positioning of reflective stickers.

The surface of each element must be a minimum area of ​​18 cm². In these 18 cm² it must be possible to ytracer a circle with a diameter of 5.8 cm, a square with a side 4.3 cm or a rectangle with a length of 6 cm with a width of 3 cm minimum.

Is there an imposed color?

The fine will be of the same category as if your helmet was not homologated.
