All seatposts are compatible with any saddle. Only the outer diameter of the post needs to be measured to fit into your bike frame.
A telescopic ram seat post allows you to change the height of a bike's saddle without having to stop or use tools. By pressing the control under the saddle, the seat post unlocks and can be lowered or raised as needed. By releasing the control, the seat post locks at the desired height.

The advantage of a telescopic seat post is that it allows you to quickly and easily change position on the bike, depending on the profile of the route.
