Presentation of the pilot Sylvain PETIT

From a very young age, Sylvain immersed himself in the world of quads. It was at the age of three that everything began for him on a four-wheeled machine during the master quad race with an 85cc prototype and then everything happened very quickly. At 3 years old, he continued with the support of his family in the Franche-Comté championship with a higher engine capacity, a 9cc with which he finished 250th in the championship. It was a real achievement, given the level of competitors and Sylvain already showed great potential. At the age of 3, he participated in the Pont-de-Vaux championship with his father Pascal on a Kawasaki K quadFX 450. He finished in thirteenth place in the French quad championship cross Elite.

Sylvain joined the French quad team in 2018.

"After playing in the regional championship, I turned to the French championship. The results were very encouraging until they resulted in the title. 2021 is to be Champion from France, Winner of the Pont de Vaux World Cup, selected for the French team » he told us.

July 2022, Sylvain is crowned champion of France for the second consecutive year.

At the Petits, quad biking is a family affair. His sister, Camille, is for the third time French women's champion.

Outside competitions, Sylvain, holder of a BTS Car mechanic, works in the family business, a motorcycle-quad garage, with his father and his uncle.
