TUTORIAL ASSEMBLING BRIDGESTS HANDLEBAR (Ø28mm)

Ce tutorial aims at you help mount 28mm handlebar bridges on an 22mm of your boxed 50cc thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example we used the red handlebar bridges but you will find here all our range of bridges.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PONTETS HANDLEBAR ON MOTO 50CC

handlebar difference 25 mm and 28 mm

1) There are two different handlebar diameters (22mm and 28mm), choose the saddles of the right diameter!

2) Disassemble your original handlebars (diameter 22mm) using the BTR key.

3) The handlebar 28mm can not be mounted on the 22mm bridges.

4) It will therefore install bridges 28mm.

screw on the new 50cc jumpers

5) Screw them correctly.

put the handlebars 28mm

6) Mount the handlebar in 28mm.

7) Screw the upper part of the saddles.

the new saddles are installed

8) Your bridges in 28mm are installed, you can reassemble your cockpit.

The installation of handlebar bridges is relatively simple and will give a new look to your 50cc gearbox. They will also allow you to raise and above all adapt a handlebar of another diameter! They are adaptable to the majority of 50cc gearboxes like the Derbi, Aprilia, Yamaha, Peugeot and many others...
