Kick-start and gear selector Replacement AM6 MINARELLI MOTOR

Ce tutorial aims at you help change the kick and gear selector from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example we used a mécabox with a motor AM6 Minarelli but the principle is the same for the different engines (Derbi Euro 2, AM6 et Generic). • 1 key BTR 5mm
• 1 flat wrench of 10mm
• 1 kick to choose
• 1 gear selector

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR KICK ET SELECTOR OF SPEEDS AM6 MINARELLI

1) Disassemble your kick using a BTR key of 5mm.

2) Install your new kick.

3) Replace the screw using an 5mm BTR key.

4) Disassemble your gear selector using an 10mm open-end wrench.

5) Remove the old selector then position the new one.

6) Tighten well using an 10mm open-end wrench.
