How to track the status of your order?

Where to find your order number?

You will find it in the order confirmation email received in your mailbox. Remember to look in the "Junk" folder.

Please use the email address that was entered during purchase.

How else can I access my order status?

Click on the link in the order confirmation email received in your mailbox.

Shipping tracking link not active?

The package tracking link is active as soon as your package arrives on the carrier's platform; there is therefore a time lag between the sending of our email and the arrival of the package at the sorting center of the Post Office or Chronomail.

Delivery Tracking Steps

1 - After validating your purchase, a confirmation email is sent to you with the number of your order. This number allows you to accurately track the status of your order.

2 - As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new email in which we provide you with the shipping tracking number.

3 - The tracking of the package will be active as soon as it arrives on the carrier's sorting platform (within 24 hours maximum following its dispatch from our warehouse).

If 48 hours after receipt of our email the tracking link is still not active, we invite you to contact us par mail: info @ 50factory. Com.

If the link does not work, go to the La Poste or Chronopost and enter the package tracking number received from us respecting uppercase, lowercase, numbers and spaces.
