Ce tutorial aims at you help replace your intake valves and pipe of your boxed 50. The example presented here concerns the change of valves and the intake pipe of a Derbi Senda DRD X-Treme. The pieces presented are reed valve block et intake pipe.

30 minutes
1) Remove the clamp from the carburetor.
2) Remove the oil hose.
3) Remove the heater hoses and seal them.
4) Remove the carburetor sleeve.
5) Remove the carburetor from the intake pipe.
6) Remove the fuel hose.
7) Remove the plug cover and carburetor plug, using the screwdriver.
8) Remove the sleeve and the intake pipe.
9) Remove the valves.
11) Install the new valves.
11) Install the new intake pipe.
11) Install the intake manifold sleeve and tighten the clamp.
11) Put the plug cover and plug back on the carburetor.
11) Replace the fuel hose.
11) Put the carburetor back on the intake pipe.
11) Tighten the hose clamp.
11) Replace the oil hose.
11) Unclog the heater hoses and put them back.
11) Replace the carburetor sleeve and tighten the sleeve clamp.
