TUTORIAL TO CHANGE YOUR JET ON MOTORCYCLE 50CC WITH BOX

Ce tutorial aims at you help replace the nozzle of your boxed 50. The example presented here concerns the change of nozzle of a Derbi Senda DRD X-Treme. The piece presented is a carburetor nozzle type PHVA 17.5.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR JET

1) Remove the clamp from the carburetor.

2) Remove the oil hose.

3) Remove the hoses from the heater and seal them.

4) Remove the sleeve from the carburetor.

5) Remove the carburetor from the intake pipe.

6) Remove the fuel hose.

7) Remove the plug cover and the plug using the screwdriver.

8) Remove the carburetor bowl.

9) Disassemble the nozzle.

11) Install the new nozzle.

11) Replace the carburetor tank.

11) Install the carburetor by replacing the plug and cover.

11) Replace the fuel hose.

11) Install the carburetor on the intake pipe.

11) Tighten the hose clamp.

11) Replace the oil hose.

11) Unblock the heater hoses and replace them.

11) Replace the carburetor sleeve.

11) Tighten the sleeve clamp.
