Ce tutorial aims at you help change the clutch from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example, it is a KSR type engine, GENERIC, HANWAY. Don't forget to order the right one clutch for your boxed 50cc motorcycle.

1) Remove your kick and kick stop.
2) Drain the oil from the gearbox, removing the drain screw.
3) Let the oil run into the drain pan.
4) Remove the drain screw from the coolant tank.
5) Open the cap of the coolant tank to draw in air.
6) Let the coolant drain into the drain pan.
7) Loosen the hose clamps on the hose.
8) Remove the cooling hose.
9) Remove the oil pump housing (3 screws).
11) Remove the throttle cable.
11) Remove the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Remove the clutch housing (9 screws).
11) Use the mallet to remove the clutch cover.
11) Remove the pressure plate (4 screws, 4 washers, 4 springs).
11) Remove used discs.
11) Immerse the new discs in box oil.
11) Install a trimmed disc, then a smooth disc. Renouvel the operation. Finish par a garnished disc.
11) Replace the pressure plate. Pay attention to the direction of the board (small arrow engraved on the board). Replace the springs, washers and screws.
11) Tighten fully.
11) Replace a new clutch housing gasket.
11) Replace the clutch housing by aligning the gears. Remember to reposition the clutch housing gasket.
11) Using the mallet, tap to properly position the housing.
11) Tighten the clutch cover (9 screws), tighten properly.
11) Tension the kick spring, and put the kick stopper.
11) Screw the kick back on.
11) Replace the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Replace the throttle cable.
11) Replace the oil pump housing (2 screws).
11) Replace the bleed screw for coolant.
11) Replace the cooling hose.
11) Tighten the hose clamps.
11) Remove the clutch cover.
11) Remove the gearbox oil level screw.
11) Fill up with transmission oil. When the oil comes out of the level screw hole, the oil level is good. The motorcycle should be straight.
11) Replace the oil level screw.
11) Replace the clutch cover.
11) Fill up with coolant.
