Ce tutorial aims at you help to mount a K-type engineSR GENERIC on your box 50 thanks to pics and explanations associated. This tutorial is quite complicated, you have to be patient and rigorous!

Necessary material:
1) Drain the coolant by loosening the bleed screw.
2) Open the cap of the coolant tank to draw in air.
3) Allow the coolant to drain into the drain pan.
4) Replace the bleed screw.
5) Remove the coolant hoses.
6) Remove the springs from the exhaust.
7) Remove the fixing brackets from the front and rear pot.
8) Remove the muffler.
9) Remove the interference suppressor and disconnect the temperature probes. Remove the candle.
11) Remove the oil pump cover (2 screws).
11) Remove the throttle cable
11) Remove the oil pump (2 screw).
11) Remove the brake pedal. Save screws, nut and washer.
11) Remove the kick.
11) Remove the speed selector.
11) Remove the sprocket and the chain.
11) Remove the gas cable.
11) Remove the carburetor taking care to disconnect the hoses.
11) Disconnect the ignition.
11) Disconnect the starter.
11) Remove the 3 motor support shafts.
11) Disengage the motor from the frame.
11) Position the new motor on the frame.
11) Replace the 3 motor support shafts. Tighten vigorously.
11) Replace the sprocket and chain.
11) Replace the speed selector.
11) Replace the gas cable.
11) Reconnect the ignition.
11) Replace the temperature sensors.
11) Put a new candle - highly recommended.
11) Replace the suppressor.
11) Insert the carburetor into the 2 sleeves and tighten the clamps.
11) Reconnect the starter.
11) Replace the oil pump and screw it back in (2 screw).
11) Reposition the throttle cable and reattach it.
11) Replace the oil pump cover.
11) Put the kick back.
11) Replace the brake pedal.
11) Replace the coolant hoses (tighten the clamps securely).
11) Remove the cap from the clutch cover.
11) Remove the oil level screw.
11) Fill up with box oil.
11) When the oil comes out par the screw hole, the level is good (make sure the motorcycle is straight).
11) Replace the oil level screw.
11) Replace the clutch cover.
11) Fill up with coolant.
The installation of your new engine is now complete. You can start your 50cc! The engine being new, do not forget to run in 500 km.
