Ce tutorial aims at you help change the radiator from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example we used a motor Derbi Euro 3 but the procedure remains the same for the other 50 cc box engines.

30 minutes
1) Open the fuel door. Remove the saddle.
2) Remove the screws from the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.
3) Remove the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.
4) Disconnect the coolant hose at the water pump.
5) Let the coolant run.
6) Disconnect the 2 hoses located at the top of the radiator.
7) Remove the radiator support bracket (2 screws).
8) Remove the hose located at the bottom of the radiator (water pump hose).
9) Remove the radiator.
11) Install the new radiator.
11) Screw the bracket on the radiator support back.
11) Reconnect the water pump hose (bottom of the radiator).
11) Then the hoses located on the top of the radiator. Remember to tighten the necklaces.
11) Replace the side fairings and the fuel filler flap.
11) Screw everything back on.
11) Replace the saddle.
11) Fill up with coolant.
You can very easily change your radiator. Like any replacement of parts on your two wheels, this requires method and organization.
