TUTORIAL CHANGING YOUR CDI UNIT (example on DERBI SENDA XTREME)

Ce tutorial aims at you help change the case from your 50 to box thanks to pics and explanations associated. In this example, it is a CDI box for motorcycle Derbi Senda Xtreme. Don't forget to order the right one CDI case for your 50cc box.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CDI BOX

1) Open the fuel door and remove the seat.

2) Remove the side fairings (don't forget to unscrew the fuel filler flap).

3) Unscrew the horn.

4) Unscrew the CDI case.

5) Disconnect the cables from the CDI box and the anti-parasite at the spark plug.

6) Remove the CDI case.

7) Reconnect the plugs on the CDI box and the anti-parasite.

8) Attach the CDI box.

9) Put the horn back.

11) Install and secure the side fairings.

11) Replace the saddle.
