TUTORIAL CHANGING YOUR WIRING HARNESS ON ALL TYPES OF 50 CC MOTORCYCLES WITH BOX

1) Remove the saddle

2) Remove the front side fairings

3) Remove the tank mounting bracket

4) Remove oil tank - disconnect hose and plug

5) Remove the fuel tank; don't forget to disconnect the inlet hose

6) Remove the rear fairings

7) Remove the headlight plate

8) Disconnect the speedometer, headlight and turn signals

9) Remove the electrical harness from the front side

11) Unplug the horn

11) Unplug the CDI box

11) Then the temperature probe

11) Keep passing the beam back

11) Cut the clamps

11) Disconnect and remove the battery

11) Disconnect the tail light and the brake switch

11) Cut the last necklace

11) Remove the voltage regulator.

11) Remove the timer box

11) Remove the wiring harness

11) Install the new harness

11) Secure the harness to the frame with a zip tie

11) Reconnect the tail light and the brake switch.

11) Reconnect the timer box.

11) Reconnect and reattach the voltage regulator.

11) Install the battery and reconnect it

11) Pass the harness through the frame up to the front face - If necessary, fix the harness to the frame using clamps.

11) Reconnect the temperature probe.

11) the CDI box

11) Connect the ground wire from the CDI box and the wiring harness

11) Reconnect the horn

11) Reconnect the headlight, speedometer and turn signal plugs

11) Reattach the headlight plate.

11) Put back the rear fairings

11) Replace the oil tank. Don't forget the hoses and plugs

11) Then the gas tank.

11) Don't forget to reconnect the plugs

11) Reattach the fuel tank bracket

11) Replace the front fairings

11) Replace the saddle.
