1) Unscrew the screws of the casing by finishing par the middle one and remove the casing.
2) Remove the noise suppressor.
3) Unscrew the spark plug.
4) Install the piston blocker in place of the spark plug, so that the crankshaft cannot reach top dead center and block the variator. Then rotate the variator until the piston locks against the piston lock.
5) Unscrew the central nut of the variator.
6) Pay attention to the nut and washer.
7) Remove the drive belt.
8) Slide the variator onto the crankshaft axis, holding it par behind to avoid dropping the pebbles.
9) Finish par the flask.
11) Install the rollers.
