New upper front and rear wheel covers adaptable for VTC, road, electrically assisted bikes (E-Bike, VAE) from 24 inches to 26 inches. The front mudguard attaches directly to the fork with the provided tab. The rear mudguard attaches to the top and bottom of the bike frame with the provided bracket.
