This type of hub is placed between the steering wheel and the steering column of the vehicle, its purpose is to be able to quickly remove the steering wheel to enter or exit the vehicle. It is detached par a simple pressure on the movable part of the removable hub. The grooved rod has a foolproof feature allowing the steering wheel to be correctly positioned par relative to the wheel axle, which guarantees no play.

This Quick Release has 6 mounting screws, allowing it to be used for most steering wheels (RRS, SPARCO, OMP, SABELT...).
