For the mechanical assembly of this ignition for the AV10 engines you must time the ignition advance to 1.5 mm and for the AV7 engines you must time your ignition from 1.8 mm to 2 mm with a one freelancing. For the electrical installation of this ignition you just have to follow the connection colors between the CDI box and the stator (green and red). You must create an extension cord with the wire provided in this kit to connect the orange wire of your ignition to the high voltage coil. Cut the yellow wires from the regulator and the ignition and put a common terminal to the two wires. Then you have to make an extension between the yellow wires and your original beam for lighting. Finally, you need to connect the black wires with lugs to each other to have the mass of this ignition. Remember to change the light bulbs and fire par 12 Volts.

Possibility of mounting on cyclos relay box (anti-clockwise), for this you need to be equipped with a strobe light to reset the plate.
