Dimensions and locations of bearings in crankcase

• 1412 (needle bushing) bearing: Bearing located in the left crankcase on the primary shaft of the gearbox and the other bearing in the right crankcase on the secondary shaft.
• 6203 bearing (ball bearing) - bearing which is located in the right crankcase on the gearbox primary shaft close to the clutch and the other bearing in the right crankcase also for the balancer shaft.
• 6204 Bearing (Largest Ball Bearing): Bearing located in the left crankcase at the gearbox output gear.
• 6202 Bearing (Smallest Ball Bearing): Bearing located in the left crankcase for the pendulum.

Replacing your gearbox bearings requires knowledge and know-how in mechanics. Indeed you will have to disassemble almost all of your engine. We advise you to watch the video tutorial below to guide you through the different steps of the change of the box bearings.

You will need many tools like a hammer, pipe wrenches, BTR keys, screwdrivers, pliers...

Assembly advice: Use an axle and a hammer to put your bearings without damaging them. We also advise you to put some fat to facilitate the installation of bearings.
