New pedal crank cage adaptable for road, racing, gravel bikes depending on dimensions and type of crankset. This plastic spacer fits into the bottom of your frame. This housing accommodates the entire bottom bracket system, avoids friction in the frame and allows free rotation when pedaling. This Shimano housing is compatible with Shimano groups 105, GRX and Ultegra.
