New pedal crank cage adaptable for road, racing, gravel bikes depending on dimensions and type of crankset. This plastic spacer inserts and screws into the bottom of your frame. This housing accommodates the entire bottom bracket system, avoids friction in the frame and allows free rotation when pedaling. This Shimano housing is compatible with Shimano Tiagra, GRX, Claris, Sora, Alfine and 105 groupsets.

Shimano Hollowtech II is a system designed to achieve an ideal ratio of stiffness, weight and rotational efficiency. It is based on a construction in which the right crank arm is integrated into the bottom bracket and works with a 24 mm diameter axle or bearing, which is proven to be optimal for stability.
