The original connector for the ignition output must be replaced par the new female connector supplied, taking care to match the colours of the original wires.

The harness is designed for connection without modifications thanks to the ignition stator 225036.

• Ignition output: 1 x 4-pin terminal (blue, brown, green, green/yellow) and 1 x terminal (pink)
• High voltage coil: 1 terminal (green/yellow), 1 terminal (black)
• Frame ground: 1 round terminal (green/yellow)
• CDI box: 1 x 4-pin terminal (pink, blue, green/yellow and black)
• Horn: 1 lug (brown)
• Brake switches: 2 terminals (brown and black)
• Rear light: 3 terminals (gray (+), yellow (-) and black (brake switch power supply))
• Transformer: 4 terminals (2 green (+ front light and ignition output), yellow/green (ground) and gray (+ rear light))
• Lighthouse: 2 terminals (green (+) and green/yellow (-))

For the headlight, the green wire is to be connected with the blue wire of the original type switch C52012F524, from this comes the red wire which becomes the power supply for the headlight, the brown wire is to be connected to the horn.
