New rear wheel adaptable for city bike, road, VTC, Dutch... with pad brake with system Nexus. This wheel is equipped with a Shimano hub Nexus, a hub with integrated gears. The system Nexus is a gear mechanism integrated inside the hub which allows speed change, on the same principle as an automobile gearbox. Durable and reliable, this transmission system is designed to operate for a long time with minimal maintenance, without adjustment (or almost compared to a classic derailleur).

This wheel is compatible with several tire sizes. A tire size corresponds to the width of the tire and the diameter of the rim. Par example 47-559, the 47 corresponds to the width of the tire and the 559 corresponds to the diameter of the rim which is expressed in inches, here 559 (559 mm) equals 26 inches. Depending on the use of your bike, you must take a different tire width (for road use a thinner tire and for trail use a wider tire). For this wheel, you can take a tire from 28-559, 32-559, 35-559... to 62-559.
