New right and left side engine half-blocks adaptable for moped, moped 50cc Peugeot 103 and MBK 51 for hybrid mountingride with cylinder Derbi or FL.

These aluminum engine cases are fully machined from solid. They offer numerous configuration possibilities, ranging from the basic 50cc Derbi up to more than 100cc in FL base.

They allow the assembly of a "Plug and Play" engine with original parts Derbi, like a crankshaft Euro 2 egg Euro 3/4, one ignition Derbi, a high engine Euro 3/4 or FL center distance (with the shim provided if necessary), as well as a pipe and valves in the 60x40 center distance format type Derbi.

Mounting detail

- The crankshaft is mounted in standard format Derbi Euro 2 egg Euro 3/4, with machining already carried out to accept a connecting rod with a 45 mm stroke. It is also possible to machine the casings to accommodate masses up to Ø84 mm. The assembly uses 6204 bearings and 20x30x5 mm lip seals.

- The cylinder is mounted in "Plug and Play" format Derbi Euro 3/4, with alignment to the original base. Machining for the passage of a 45 mm stroke piston is already done, and an FL cylinder can also be installed using the supplied shim.

- The intake is provided for a reed valve type box Derbi, with machining already carried out for the assembly of a VForce 3i, and a standard fixing center distance Derbi 60x40 mm.

- All compatible ignitions Derbi can be fitted, whether original models or systems like PVL, MVT DD, HPI, etc.

- Variator with a barrel to be mounted on a crankshaft Derbi, and the housing is cleared to accommodate variators with a range of up to 120 mm.
