The oil in my 50cc KEEWAY has the texture of mayonnaise

This texture indicates the presence of water in engine oil:

â†' Check for microcracks on the cylinder head gasket and on the edge of cylinder .
â†' Check it out expansion tank. If oil floats on the surface, the cylinder head gasket no longer fulfills its function.
â†' Check it out lip seal of water pump .

When the engine is at operating temperature, the cracks open and let the combustion gases escape into the liquid, which creates an overpressure in the cooling circuit. Have the cylinder head checked or even replaced.
