New front or rear wheel bottom adaptable for city bike, road, racing, mountain bike (all-terrain bike), VTC, eBike or VAE electric bike, gravel, trekking... with 28 inch wheel. A rim tape helps protect the inner tube from punctures caused byar the spoke heads or the edges of the rim.
